Refunds for unused paid Gem for BRAVE FRONTIER VERSUS will be processed as follows.

※If you do not submit your application within this period, we will be unable to process your refund.

Verification of Identity

In order to verify your identity, please fill in the following items.

Refund Application and Processing Procedures

STEP1

Once the information you registered has been verified refund will be proceeded to your Paypal account. ※If your information is deemed incorrect, we will send you an email to your Contact email address.

STEP2

Once the transfer is completed, you will receive a notification email from Paypal to your Paypal account.

Points to note

  • The application period for refunds is 2026/06/22 23:00 PDT to 2026/08/23 23:00 PDT. If you do not submit your application within this period, we will be unable to process your refund. As such, please submit your application within the above period.
  • Support ID, Player Name, Contact email and Paypal account are required to process the refund. As such, please ensure that you take note of these details until the refund has been processed.
  • If you use domain specific reception settings, please release the @gc-games.co.jp domain .
  • Once you have entered your Support ID, Player Name, Contact email and Paypal account, your identity will be verified. This will be done in the order that registration was completed, so please note that this may require some time.
  • If you receive an email stating that your personal information did not match please restart your application from the identity verification page.
